Cale Shaffer
Team Works would not be possible without Cale. He is the motivation and inspiration behind all of the good things we are. Our love of experiential education, wilderness, and adventure all start right here. So does our belief that people are just one moment away from astounding moments of growth that can benefit themselves and their community. Cale has been gone for awhile, but his presence looms large in every single thing we do. Ask us about him and we will gladly share a story or two.

Eric Valentine
Eric has been leading experiential education trips since the (late) 1900’s. He believes in the transformational power of adventure. His work has included caving, climbing, backpacking, ropes course, and team development for camps, schools, rehab facilities, and corporations. Eric is just as excited about adventure as he was 30 years ago and will happily join in whatever game you are playing…just as soon as he gets up from his nap.
Jacob Valentine
Jacob is the best. The only bad thing about his work with Team Works is that it pulls him away from his important work as a master griller.
